Eco Minerals delivery terms

Delivery costs for letter items are EUR 2.5 and delivery costs for parcels are EUR 5.90 (incl. VAT 24%). Orders worth more than 50 euros will be delivered free of charge!

Smaller orders will be mailed to your inbox. If the products do not fit in the letter, the order will be sent to the Smartpost parcel machine of your choice or to the Post. You will receive a text message when the package can be retrieved from the parcel machine. All orders under 8 gr will be sent by letter.

Orders and Deliveries - General

We will ship the products you have ordered as soon as the payment for the order appears in our account. We recommend registering as an Eco Minerals online store customer so that we can ensure smooth customer service in all situations.
